A recent survey has highlighted growing interest in cryptoassets among Japanese investors. Conducted by Nomura and its subsidiary Laser Digital, the study found that a significant proportion of respondents have a positive outlook on cryptoassets over the next year.
The survey, which gathered responses from 518 investment professionals in Japan, revealed that 31% of respondents have a positive outlook on cryptoassets over the next year. This represents an increase of six percentage points from the previous survey.
According to the results, the majority of respondents (65%) view cryptoassets as an opportunity to diversify their portfolios. Of those considering investing in cryptoassets, 60% expect to allocate between 2 and 5% of their portfolios.
