Jaipur police have busted a fake call center that was scamming people in the name of investment in cryptocurrency and USDT. The Special Team of Jaipur Police Commissionerate, acting in the Vidyadhar Nagar police station area, has arrested three accused, including one woman.

The accused are alleged to have defrauded people by luring them with the promise of doubling their investment amount in 70 days.

According to the police, the arrested accused include Rajendra Bajia, a resident of Lapwa in Sikar district; Sanjay Swami, a resident of Ojtu in Jhunjhunu district; and Renuka Garhwal, a resident of Ladpura in Sikar district.

The accused used to create 'meme coins' in the name of blockchain technology and get investments by calling them real digital currency. Money was taken from investors, and USDT was given in return, which was then transferred to the fake platform created by the accused.
