Boyaa Interactive Bolsters Digital Asset Reserves Amid Market Pressures
Boyaa Interactive International is set to expand its digital asset reserves by up to $70 million as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its treasury. The move requires shareholder approval and is closely tied to the company's broader strategy for growth in the Web3 gaming market.
The company's existing holdings include a significant portion of Bitcoin, with 4,091 units valued at nearly $280 million. This positions Boyaa among the top corporate holders of Bitcoin globally and underscores its commitment to maintaining a long-term allocation strategy. The firm has consistently increased its Bitcoin exposure throughout 2024, with around $80.5 million deployed between August and November.
Boyaa's diversified approach to crypto investments is also reflected in its smaller but strategic allocation to Ether, with 302 units valued at over $600,000. This allocation supports the company's aim to maintain a balanced treasury structure and meet the demands of its Web3 gaming ecosystem.
