Rain Crypto Soars After $21M Debt Financing Deal with Pharmaceutical Firm

Enlivex, a pharmaceutical company specializing in cell therapy for knee osteoarthritis, has announced a $21 million debt financing deal with Rain Crypto. The deal involves Enlivex acquiring 3 billion Rain tokens at a 62% discount, with an option to purchase another 272.1 billion tokens at the same price by December 2027.

The financing deal is part of Enlivex's prediction markets treasury strategy, as stated by executive chair Shai Novik. This move highlights the growing trend of non-crypto companies investing in digital assets, following in the footsteps of firms like Gamestop.
