The company has acquired key technology assets from SKV Technology Inc., including the SecureKey platform developed by Jet Lab Technologies. This acquisition is expected to strengthen Quantum eMotion's secure software and cryptographic enforcement strategy.
The SecureKey platform is a high-assurance cryptographic software platform engineered to deliver hardware-grade security protections across cloud, network, and embedded environments. It implements and accelerates Sentry-Q secure channels directly on devices, protects keys through hardened software controls integrated with hardware boundaries, and provides TLS/IPsec/VPN/session offload and acceleration.
The acquisition also includes production-ready technologies, such as a deployable cryptographic library, VPN and firewall implementations, and drop-in integrations compatible with enterprise, cloud, and network platforms. These solutions are designed for seamless integration with Quantum eMotion's entropy and orchestration stack.
