Solana has integrated wXRP, a token that can be redeemed for Ripple's cross-border token XRP, onto its blockchain. This move comes as both XRP and SOL experience significant price gains following a de-escalation of tensions in the Middle East.

The integration is facilitated by a partnership between Solana, Hex Trust, and LayerZero's cross-chain bridge. The new wrapped asset, wXRP, will be available on the Solana blockchain for use in various DeFi applications.
