Stellar Price Predictions Indicate Potential for $1 Target
The price of Stellar (XLM) has been hovering around $0.15-$0.16, down roughly 83% from its all-time high in January 2018. However, recent regulatory developments and institutional partnerships may be setting the stage for a turnaround.
On March 17, 2026, the SEC and CFTC jointly designated XLM as a digital commodity, removing regulatory uncertainty and paving the way for institutional participation. Amundi, Europe's largest asset manager, also launched a $100 million tokenized fund built on Stellar, validating the network's utility at an institutional scale.
Analysts predict XLM will reach $1 by 2030, with some models estimating it could happen as early as 2027-2028. The bull case relies on institutional demand unlocking following the commodity classification and Soroban DeFi adoption accelerating.
