Arab Parliament Condemns Iranian Attacks on Kuwait and Bahrain

The Arab Parliament chief, Mohammed Al-Yamahi, has condemned what he described as repeated attacks by Iran against Kuwait and Bahrain.

The US Treasury has designated Nobitex, Iran's largest cryptocurrency exchange, for processing over half of all Iranian digital asset inflows in 2025. The sanctions target the company's facilitation of transactions linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and its role in evading international financial controls.

The move is part of Washington's efforts to disrupt Tehran's financial infrastructure, which has been severely restricted by years of economic sanctions. Cryptocurrencies have emerged as a key tool for Iran's economy, allowing it to bypass traditional banking networks and access international markets.
