Revolut Integrates with MetaMask for Direct Crypto Purchases

Revolut, a London-based fintech company, has announced a new partnership with MetaMask that allows its customers in the UK and EEA to purchase cryptocurrencies directly through their wallets.

The integration enables users to buy more than 20 different crypto assets using their fiat currency balances or bank/credit cards. The move is seen as a response to recent regulatory challenges faced by Revolut, which had suspended certain crypto services for its US and UK customers in the past.

As part of the integration, existing verification processes will be used to skip Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for users adding money to MetaMask through the Revolut app. This means that users can directly purchase cryptocurrencies without having to undergo additional verification procedures.
