Bitcoin Price Breaks 14-Year Support Level, Analyst Predicts $55,000 Drop
Crypto analysts are watching the Bitcoin price closely as it breaks a significant support level. Phila, a crypto analyst, has predicted that the Bitcoin price could drop to $55,000 after breaking a 14-year support level.
The analyst notes that this is not just a dip or correction but a capitulation happening in real-time. He points out that the current price action mirrors the 2021 price action, with a double top and lower highs and lows. The analyst also mentions that there was a relief rally in 2021 that felt like the bottom, but it wasn't, and everyone who bought BTC before the rally saw losses on the next leg down.
Meanwhile, another analyst, Ali Martinez, highlights the key levels to watch for a potential bounce. He notes that $77,800 is the key level to watch for now, as Bitcoin has climbed to test the upper boundary of this structure around $77,800. A flip of this level into support could clear the path for the Bitcoin price to rally to around $79,000.
