Payward Sues Former Auditor Mazars for $22 Million Amid Expanding Crypto Services

Kraken's parent company, Payward Inc., is suing its former auditor Mazars USA for $22 million. The lawsuit comes after a confidential arbitration award, which has been partially redacted.

The dispute between Kraken and Mazars began in 2023 when the accounting firm parted ways with the crypto exchange.

Kraken also recently completed native dTAO integration from Bittensor and will begin listing subnet tokens in the short term. This move is part of the company's expansion into new areas of the cryptocurrency market.
