Capital B Seeks $122 Billion Financing Boost for Bitcoin Holdings
Capital B, a prominent player in the cryptocurrency space, has submitted a new proposal to its board of directors seeking shareholder approval for a capital raise authorization of up to $122 billion.
The proposed financing plan includes raising up to €5 billion (approximately $5.8 billion) through the issuance of 12.5 billion shares at current par value, as well as an authorization for credit instruments totaling €100 billion (approximately $116 billion).
Capital B's Bitcoin strategy has been a key focus area for the company in recent times. The company has previously made significant investments in Bitcoin, including purchasing 192 BTC for $15.2 million and another 4 BTC purchase.
