Boyaa Interactive Adds Another 108 Bitcoin to its Growing Treasury

Boyaa Interactive, a Hong Kong-listed online gaming company trading under ticker 0434.HK, has added another 108 Bitcoin to its corporate treasury. This latest acquisition brings the firm's total stash to 4,201 BTC.

The company was founded in 2004 and went public in 2013, initially focusing on online card and board games popular in Southeast Asian markets. However, Boyaa has been systematically redirecting its corporate capital toward Bitcoin as a primary treasury reserve asset since 2023.

Like Michael Saylor's MicroStrategy, Boyaa has earned the nickname 'MicroStrategy of Asia' due to its aggressive approach to accumulating Bitcoin. The company previously held around 4,091-4,092 BTC before this latest acquisition and has been consistently increasing its holdings through repeated purchases since 2023.

Boyaa's strategy signals a deliberate shift toward a BTC-only treasury strategy, with the company having converted much of its previous digital assets, including ETH and USDT positions, into Bitcoin. The firm has also sought approval for up to $70 million in additional cryptocurrency purchases, suggesting management believes there's still room to grow its position.
