Brian Brooks is a key figure in the world of cryptocurrency regulation. As the former Acting Comptroller of the Currency in the United States, he oversaw significant changes to banking regulations related to digital assets.

Before entering government, Brooks worked in both traditional finance and crypto, holding senior roles at Fannie Mae, OneWest Bank, and Coinbase as Chief Legal Officer.
