Monaco Airdrop Guide: How to Position Early for a Possible Future Token
Monaco is building a trading infrastructure on Sei, aiming to provide exchanges, market makers, and trading apps with a shared order book for improved liquidity. The project, led by Simran Singh, former Goldman Sachs and GSR executive, targets tokenized equities, commodities, prediction markets, and FX alongside crypto.
The Monaco testnet is currently live on Sei's Atlantic-2 testnet, allowing users to try the order book without requiring a native token. To participate, users must set up a dedicated wallet, add the Sei testnet, and claim test funds from the faucet. This simulated trading environment enables testing of market orders, limit orders, and adding liquidity.
Risks associated with participating in unconfirmed airdrops apply to this scenario as well. Users are reminded not to reuse seed phrases across testnet wallets and those holding real funds. Genuine use is likely more important than high volume activity when it comes to potential rewards.
