Shiba Inu Coin Spot Selling Pressure Hits Five-Year Extreme

According to IT Tech, an analyst at CryptoQuant, altcoin selling pressure on spot CEX has reached a five-year extreme level. The spot market has seen net outflows for 15 consecutive months, with the cumulative buying and selling volume difference of altcoins other than BTC and ETH dropping to its deepest negative value since data became available in 2020.

The indicator had approached equilibrium in early 2025 but then turned sharply negative again. This downturn has been ongoing, indicating a significant shift in market sentiment.
