Ripple Launches Mobile Campaign Near Capitol to Promote CLARITY Act

Ripple has launched a mobile advertising campaign near the U.S. Capitol to promote the CLARITY Act, which aims to establish a regulatory framework for digital assets.

The campaign comes as Congress continues debating crypto market structure legislation and faces a tighter legislative timetable following the Senate's recess until July 13th.

Ripple says the CLARITY Act would protect consumers, encourage responsible innovation, and help the United States remain competitive in the digital asset industry.

The U.S. Department of Justice has stated that the proposed legislation would not reduce federal authority to investigate or prosecute crypto-related crimes.
