Coinbase Unveils AI-Powered Crypto Tool Amid Market Cap Hype

Coinbase has launched an AI Agents Crypto Tool that's stirring up interest in the crypto space.

Matt Hougan noted that excluding Bitcoin and stablecoins leaves the segment of crypto attempting to reinvent finance at roughly $300 billion in market cap, a figure that remains modest against the enormous total addressable market.

The Ethereum (ETH) market accounts for about $200 billion of this total, after which valuations drop sharply. The entire DeFi ecosystem is comparable in value to half of Micron Technology's market capitalization.
