Ethereum on Brink of Ending Three-Quarter Losing Streak
Ethereum is poised to end its three consecutive quarters of decline for the first time, with a potential turnaround driven by expanding blockchain adoption and low token prices.
According to CoinGlass, Ethereum has dropped 21.64% so far this month, which would make it the first time in history that it's negative for three consecutive quarters since the fourth quarter of last year.
The overall virtual asset market has been weakened due to all market liquidity being sucked into semiconductor stocks during the recent artificial intelligence-derived memory supercycle.
Tether's market capitalization was reversed on the 26th, temporarily giving it second place in virtual asset market capitalization.
