Under the updated rules, industry influencers can now monetize their cryptocurrency content by partnering with third-party brands. However, such partnerships must be clearly labeled and compliant with the platform's new paid partnership framework.
Despite this shift, X still prohibits crypto-related promotions in regions subject to strict financial promotion laws, including the European Union, UK, and Australia.
