Bitcoin Price Volatility Continues: Analyst's View on Relief Bounce vs. Reversal
The cryptocurrency market has experienced significant price movements in recent hours. Bitcoin's (BTC) price dropped below $60,000 before rebounding near $61,000.
Market analysts are divided on whether this is a sign of a bullish reversal or simply a relief bounce. According to one analyst, the current price action suggests that the pressure remains on the downside as long as Bitcoin stays below $63,200.
The analyst's plan involves booking profits and adding short positions in specific scenarios. If Bitcoin bounces again toward $61,500-$62,200 and gives rejection from this zone, they will look to add shorts again. The analyst also warned that if panic increases, even lower prices such as $53,400-$50,000 could come into play.
