CBI Shifts Focus to Bitcoin Mining and AI, Allocates €5.4 Million

Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI) has announced a strategic pivot in its business focus, shifting from its previous activities to prioritize bitcoin mining and artificial intelligence.

The company's analysis since February 24, 2026, revealed that the Acquire/Earn components of its ACE strategy are driving value creation. As a result, CBI is now focusing on the ownership and mining of Bitcoins through its partnership with Blockware Solutions.

CBI aims to retain mined Bitcoins for the long term while reserving the right to engage in market operations. The company is also seeking to expand its mining capabilities and invest in AI infrastructure, aiming to raise up to €2 million for this purpose.
