CLARITY Act Progress Stalls Amid Unresolved Issues
The US government has made progress in resolving one of the major conflicts between crypto companies and banks with regards to stablecoin yields.
However, despite this partial victory, several thorny issues may still delay the passage of the bill through Congress. These include decentralization of finance monitoring, security of developers, and regulatory framework.
The policy advisors of the US have noted that negotiations are not over yet with the stablecoin issue. Participants in the discussions stated that lawmakers should resolve the pending issues before completing the bill.
