Nguyen Expects XRP to Trade Between $10 and $50 After CLARITY Act Passage
Kenny Nguyen, a crypto commentator, has made an exception to his rule of not making price predictions for XRP. He expects XRP to trade between $10 and $50 within a few months after President Trump signs the CLARITY Act into law.
The bill would establish a regulatory framework for digital assets in the U.S., granting the CFTC exclusive jurisdiction over digital commodity spot markets while preserving SEC jurisdiction over investment contract assets. The SEC and CFTC jointly classified XRP as a commodity in March, and the bill would cement that status by making it federal law.
Nguyen's price call bets on the bill reaching the president's desk soon, giving the crypto market the kind of regulatory certainty many traders have waited years for. The CLARITY Act is part of a two-year legislative push, which has seen the House pass the bill in July 2025 and the Senate Banking Committee advance it on May 14.
Nguyen's prediction has sparked debate among XRP enthusiasts, with some believing that institutional players want retail holders to sell off their XRP. Others see a potential rally driven by tokenization. However, not everyone shares the optimism, with one commenter disagreeing entirely and stating that the CLARITY Act will not be passed in July as many have predicted.
