Strategy, a prominent investment firm, has made its first disclosed bitcoin transaction. According to an 8-K filing submitted by the company on Monday, Strategy sold 32 bitcoin between May 26 and May 31 at an average net price of $77,135 per coin.

The total value of the sale is approximately $2.5 million. This transaction marks a significant milestone for the firm as it begins to divest its cryptocurrency holdings.
