Trump's Crypto Empire Earns Over $1 Billion in Second Term
US President Donald Trump has earned over $1bn from his crypto businesses since returning to the White House, according to recent financial disclosures. The figure is part of a larger revenue total of more than $2.2bn last year, which includes income from real estate, golf courses, royalty deals, and Trump-branded products such as cologne.
The majority of Trump's crypto earnings come from his World Liberty Financial and CIC Digital LLC businesses, which sell governance tokens and souvenir-type 'memecoins' stamped with the president's face. He has received $1.1bn from these ventures alone.
Trump has expressed his desire for the US to become a leader in crypto, aiming to make it the 'crypto capital of the world'. Anna Kelly, a White House spokesperson, stated that neither the president nor his family have engaged or will engage in conflicts of interest.
