ZachXBT, a blockchain investigator, has set strict rules for accepting crypto theft investigations. He will only review cases where a single victim lost more than $250,000 and the case meets favorable jurisdiction and blockchain support.

According to ZachXBT's statement, he prioritizes cases on Hyperliquid, BNB Smart Chain, Monad, and Arbitrum. However, he explicitly excludes memecoin or prediction market cases.
