Chainlink Enhances SVR System for DeFi Liquidations and Sets New CCIP Record

Chainlink has announced an upgrade to its Smart Value Recapture (SVR) system on the Ethereum mainnet. This improvement aims to help DeFi protocols recover more value during liquidation events by incorporating support for parallel auctions through Flashbots and Titan.

The upgrade, known as orderflow auction multiplexing, allows SVR to distribute activity across multiple providers simultaneously, reducing inclusion times and raising recapture rates. This design also strengthens the resilience of the system by eliminating dependence on a single auction path.

Chainlink's CCIP protocol has also broken records with 80,428 daily active addresses in a single week, driven by forced migrations following recent exploits in the DeFi ecosystem.
