Revolut Launches Physical DOGE-Themed Debit Card, But Can It Boost Dogecoin's Price?
Dogecoin's adoption has received a significant boost after Revolut launched a physical DOGE-themed debit card in the UK and most of the European Economic Area. The card can be used anywhere Visa and Mastercard are accepted, allowing users to link their Dogecoin holdings directly to the card for seamless payments.
Revolut's move is seen as a major step forward for Dogecoin's adoption story, which has been struggling to gain momentum in recent months. Despite this adoption, however, Dogecoin's price remains stagnant, down approximately 8.5% from its recent high.
The introduction of Spot Dogecoin ETFs was also expected to bring institutional and traditional market investors into the meme coin, but inflows have been modest compared to other crypto ETF products. At the time of writing, Spot Dogecoin ETFs have only attracted $11.78 million in total net inflow since launch.
