Tether Paves the Way for Faster Stablecoin Payments with Utexo Investment

Tether's latest move is set to revolutionize the way we think about digital payments. The company has co-led a $7.5 million funding round for blockchain startup Utexo, which aims to build a native settlement layer for USDT transactions on Bitcoin.

The project, which combines three main components: Bitcoin's base layer, the Lightning Network, and the RGB protocol, will enable fast, cheap, and secure stablecoin transfers directly on the Bitcoin network.
