KuCoin Integrates Crypto Payments with Mastercard's Global Network in Australia

KuCoin, a leading global cryptocurrency platform, has made significant strides in integrating digital assets into everyday spending with the launch of KuCard on Mastercard's global network in Australia.

The partnership between KuCoin and Immersve, a principal member of Mastercard's network, enables eligible users to make direct crypto payments at any merchant that accepts Mastercard. This includes transactions via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The integration marks a shift towards practical payment infrastructure and usability in the cryptocurrency market, as highlighted by James Pinch, who heads KuCoin's Australian operations. 'Usability represents a game-changing moment,' he said.
