Progmat Migrates $2 Billion in Tokenized Assets to Avalanche Blockchain

Progmat, a leading Japan-based fintech company, has embarked on a significant initiative to migrate its tokenized assets from Corda5 to the Avalanche blockchain. This move marks one of the largest tokenized asset migrations in Asia's financial history, with over $2 billion in assets being transferred.

The migration is part of Progmat's broader infrastructure renewal and aims to provide financial-grade performance and flexibility for its Security Token platform. The new infrastructure will enable integration with Ethereum-based DeFi ecosystems, allowing developers to use existing tools and libraries when building on Progmat's Avalanche infrastructure.
