Solana Surpasses 300K RWA Holders, Narrowing Ethereum's Value Lead

Solana's network has surpassed 300,000 wallets holding tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), outpacing Ethereum and becoming the first blockchain to reach this milestone. According to RWA.xyz, Solana's RWA holders have climbed to an all-time high above 300,000 wallets, while Ethereum's count stands at roughly 200,000.

Solana's tokenized asset value has more than doubled in 2026, from $1.4 billion in January to a record $3.45 billion, as of the recent data point. Despite this, Ethereum still holds $16.1 billion in RWA value, maintaining its lead in tokenized assets.

Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo attributed the trend to the combination of quality assets with blockchain infrastructure's speed and accessibility: 'Tokenization is most powerful when it combines quality assets with the speed, efficiency and accessibility of blockchain infrastructure.'
