Binance Expands Services with US Stock Trading for Non-US Users
Binance, the leading cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has announced its plans to allow non-US users to trade in the US stock market. The platform will provide global users with exposure to over 7,000 US stocks and ETFs, enabling them to invest in the world's largest equity market.
The move is part of Binance's strategic expansion into traditional financial markets, aiming to become a 'multi-asset financial super app.' Users will be able to purchase US stocks using various cryptocurrencies, including Binance's native BNB coin, as well as stablecoins like USDC and USDT.
The platform has partnered with broker-dealer Nest Trading to facilitate share purchases and with Alpaca for custody services. This collaboration enables users to easily convert their stocks into digital assets, further increasing the platform's appeal.
