DEXE's 85% Price Crash Sparks Fears of DeFi Liquidity Rotation
The DeFi token DEXE has seen an 85% price crash after surging over 115% in early July. The sharp decline is attributed to exchange inflows, which have accelerated significantly.
Santiment's data shows that DEXE and Injective (INJ) had the largest net inflows to centralized exchanges in 2026. In contrast, Curve (CRV) and Uniswap (UNI) recorded substantial outflows.
DeXe's price action confirms the bearish signals emerging from the exchange flow data. The token plummeted nearly 24% in a single daily session to around $4.64, with one of the largest daily trading volumes in recent months.
