The passage of the CLARITY Act, which aims to create crypto regulations for digital assets in the United States, has seen its odds fall to 50% by 2026.
This is due to several factors, including a lack of unified Senate text on market structure and competing legislative priorities.
Galaxy Digital reduced its passage estimate from 75% to 60% on June 9 and further downgraded it to even odds (50%) in light of the Senate's calendar constraints.
