Whales Scoop Up $46M in Bitcoin Amid Market Consolidation
Recent on-chain activity has caught the attention of market observers as three new cryptocurrency wallets withdrew a combined 737.7 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $45.6 million, from BitGo.
The withdrawal occurred roughly four hours ago and was flagged by analytics firm Lookonchain, which also reported that a specific whale wallet has been steadily accumulating Bitcoin from the exchange OKX over the past five days.
This whale wallet has withdrawn a total of 2,341 BTC, worth approximately $144.68 million, during that period. The most recent purchase was recorded this morning, further reinforcing the pattern of accumulation.
Large withdrawals from centralized exchanges and custody services are widely interpreted as a bullish signal, suggesting a long-term holding strategy rather than an intent to sell.
