Trust Wallet Integrates Binance x402 for Autonomous AI Payments

Trust Wallet has made a significant update to its AgentKit, integrating Binance x402 to support autonomous AI agent payments on the BNB Chain. This integration enables developers to build agents that can pay for digital services through HTTP-native blockchain transactions.

The new setup is designed to address a problem in crypto payments for automated systems. Most existing flows require repeated wallet connections, approvals, and manual confirmations, which slows down software agents and limits their ability to make frequent micropayments for APIs and data services.

Binance x402 embeds payment logic into HTTP requests, allowing payments to occur during a service request. Under this model, a merchant sets a price, and the agent submits payment authorization, with the transaction settling on-chain through the protocol.
