Cumberland, Fluid, and SwissBorg Join Sui's Institutional Coalition on Hashi Ahead of Global Testnet

Sui, a next-generation Layer 1 blockchain, has gained significant institutional support ahead of its global testnet launch in July. Cumberland, Fluid, and SwissBorg have joined the Hashi ecosystem, Sui's native bitcoin finance primitive.

Hashi aims to unlock the productive use of Bitcoin by providing a transparent, institutional-grade framework for BTC-backed credit. This will replace synthetic workarounds with verifiable smart contract logic, keeping Bitcoin securely on its native blockchain.

The addition of these three powerhouses expands the growing consensus that Sui is where Bitcoin finance will take flight, thanks to Hashi. The coalition addresses a critical bottleneck in crypto: solving the persistent capital inefficiency by unlocking over a trillion dollars of immobile BTC into DeFi safely.
