Katana Price in Turkey Regulated by Binance's ADGM Entities
Katana (KAT) is a cryptocurrency that has gained attention in Turkey. According to Binance, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) regulates three entities related to Binance: Nest Exchange Limited, Nest Clearing and Custody Limited, and Nest Trading Limited.
Nest Exchange Limited is recognized as a Recognised Investment Exchange (Derivatives), with a stipulation to Operate a Multilateral Trading Facility. This means that it can provide a platform for investors to trade in derivatives.
Nest Clearing and Custody Limited is recognized as a Recognised Clearing House, with a stipulation to Provide Custody and operating a Central Securities Depository. This ensures the security of investments and provides a safe way to hold assets.
Nest Trading Limited is authorized to carry out various Regulated Activities, including dealing in investments, arranging deals, managing assets, providing money services, and arranging custody.
Binance warns that virtual asset prices can be volatile, and the value of an investment may go down or up. As a result, investors are solely responsible for their decisions, and Binance is not liable for any trading losses incurred.
