Bitbank Enters Japan's Credit Card Market with Crypto Rewards

Bitbank has entered the Japanese credit card market with a unique offering that rewards users in cryptocurrency. In partnership with Epos Card, the company launched the EPOS CRYPTO Card on April 27, 2026.

The card provides a 0.5% cashback in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or Astar (ASTR) on all monthly card spending. This innovative approach to rewards gives users direct control over how they build their digital asset holdings over time. The chosen crypto asset is credited directly to the user's Bitbank exchange account.

In addition to the recurring 0.5% cashback program, new members also receive a welcome benefit worth 2,000 yen upon signing up. This incentive makes the card attractive for users already active on the bitbank exchange. Applicants must hold a verified bitbank account to qualify for the card.
