Ripple's Institutional Wins Not Enough to Move XRP Price Higher
Ripple's recent milestone of getting RLUSD into corporate finance might have seemed like a win for the company, but the price of XRP remains unchanged at $1.35.
This paradox has defined XRP's narrative in 2026, with every institutional win met with a price dip. The preference of banks for RLUSD over XRP as a settlement instrument is a structural complication that Ripple faces, and it remains to be seen when the CLARITY Act will allow XRP to reach its full potential.
However, there are other players in the cryptocurrency market who believe they have cracked the code. AlphaPepe, a new project, has already raised over $750,000 and is poised for significant growth before its Q2 launch on a decentralized exchange (DEX).
