Arbitrum Foundation Seeks $43.5M from DAO for Operational Support

The Arbitrum Foundation has submitted a funding request to the DAO for approximately $43.5 million to support its operations for the upcoming year. This appeal comes on the heels of increased revenue, with the DAO reporting $23.49 million in 2025.

The proposal includes a mix of real-world assets and stablecoins, valued at around $16 million, as well as approximately 1,740 ETH worth about $3.5 million, and 230 million ARB tokens, which represent about 3.7% of the total supply.

This funding request aims to facilitate the Foundation's operational plans for another year, highlighting its commitment to maintaining and enhancing its DeFi ecosystem. Market observers note that this funding move reflects the Foundation's proactive stance as it navigates the evolving landscape of decentralized governance and finance.
