Dubai's VARA Licenses Relm as Regulated Broker-Dealer in the UAE

Relm, a subsidiary of XBD Group, has received a full VASP license from Dubai's VARA, allowing it to operate as a regulated broker-dealer in the UAE.

The license enables Relm to onboard clients and commence regulated operations from Dubai, operating within VARA's comprehensive regulatory framework. This move supports Dubai's goal of becoming a global hub for virtual assets and financial innovation.

Relm will provide institutional clients with secure access to digital markets through its OTC trading platform, which offers compliant exposure to digital assets and crypto-native liquidity.
