Ukraine Launches National Web3 Resilience Lab with Binance Partnership

The launch of the Web3 Resilience Lab in Ukraine marks an important step towards developing the country's digital capabilities.

Founded by Binance, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and Lviv IT Cluster, the initiative will provide financial grants, mentorship support, and project validation to developers, students, veterans, and entrepreneurs working on Web3 solutions.

The program is designed to strengthen Ukraine's economic and digital resilience through education, mentorship, and targeted financial support.
