BTSE Launches Regulated Crypto Exchange in Indonesia

BTSE Group has launched its Indonesian crypto exchange under a joint venture with PT Aset Kripto Internasional. The new platform, BTSE Indonesia, is licensed by Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) and allows customers to make direct transfers in Indonesian Rupiah.

The company provides the technological infrastructure, order matching systems, backend security, and global liquidity for the order book, while PT Aset Kripto Internasional handles user acquisition strategies and retail marketing within the country.

BTSE Indonesia has exceeded 200 digital assets available for trading, including markets paired with the national currency and the stablecoin Tether (USDT).
