t54 Secures $5 Million in Seed Funding for Autonomous Financial Transactions

t54 Labs, a startup focused on identity and compliance tools for autonomous agents, has raised $5 million in seed funding. The company aims to build a trust layer for agentic finance, enabling businesses to securely manage financial transactions with AI-powered agents.

The round was co-led by Franklin Templeton, Ripple, Anagram, and PL Capital, with additional support from several crypto-focused investors. t54's platform currently operates on multiple networks, including XRP Ledger, Solana, and Base.

Founder Chandler Fang confirmed the raise and outlined plans to expand infrastructure and hiring. The company will add two full-time engineers and one developer relations or business development lead to support product development and institutional partnerships.
