SEC Sues Texas Man in $12.3 Million Crypto Fraud Case
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has taken action against a Texas resident in connection with a multi-million dollar cryptocurrency fraud case.
Nathan Fuller, the individual at the center of the allegations, is accused by the SEC of conducting a fraudulent scheme through a crypto asset trading project.
Between October 2022 and mid-2024, Fuller allegedly sold related investment products to investors via entities such as Privvy Investments. The SEC claims that he represented these products would utilize an AI-powered trading bot for high-frequency crypto arbitrage trading.
