The registration covers digital asset finance and software services, including portfolio management, custody services, and treasury management. According to public records, the word mark was registered in the Cayman Islands under filing number T0004840 with an expiry date of April 1, 2036.

The document lists a range of financial and software services related to digital assets, including blockchain validation, payment processing, and cloud-based software delivery. Notably, it also mentions authentication software for secure access and electronic data storage for digital assets. While there has been no official statement linking the trademark to Ripple or explaining how the Evernorth name will be used, the filing confirms that the trademark has been registered.

Ripple's XRP escrow system continues to draw praise from lawyer Bill Morgan, who says it has helped build trust in the digital asset.
