SRx Health Solutions Completes Share Exchange Transaction with EMJ Crypto Technologies

SRx Health Solutions has completed its share exchange transaction with EMJ Crypto Technologies and CCC Crypto, acquiring full ownership of both entities and associated IP assets.

In exchange for this acquisition, SRx issued hundreds of millions of common shares, exchangeable shares, and pre-funded warrants that were registered under an effective S-4, significantly reshaping its capital structure.

The company has since changed its legal name to SRX Global Inc. while retaining the NYSE ticker SRXH.

SRX Global has launched an AI-driven platform strategy focused on allocating capital into high-conviction operating companies and assets, including digital and traditional markets.

The combined entity integrates EMJX’s “Gen2” digital-asset treasury and Halo consumer brands with SRX’s management team, and has already deployed capital into names such as Astro Capital, Opendoor Technologies, Uber Technologies, and Optimi Health.
